Employee Positions

Director of Development and Marketing
BA/BS with minimum 5 years management experience in fundraising, development, and communications in a non-profit setting required. Master’s degree in related field and CFRE preferred. Demonstrated experience in donor management and cultivation; proven success in securing gifts and contributions from individuals and corporations;proven success in identifying grant funding opportunities; and grant writing skills are essential.

Counselor/Team Leader I - CSF- Central
Master's in Social Work or Psychology and bilingual English/Spanish required. THis individual will provide home-based services to client families at risk of child abuse and neglect and be responsible for day-to-day administrative supervision of case managers. Knowledge of child abuse dynamics and domestic violence preferred.

Case Manager/ Home Visitor II - CSF Central ( Part time)
BA in social work or other human services field and bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Must have experience in home based services and knowledge of Child Welfare Services.

BA required and bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Must have experience in home based services and knowledge of community resources. Experience with child welfare a plus.

Independent Contractor Positions

Child Supervision Specialist
Must have child development experience and be available one night per week for 3 hours. Provide supervision of children for parents attending 8-week parenting class in Southeast San Diego.
