Employee Positions
Counselor/Case Manager – CSF-Central
Master’s in Social Work or related field and bilingual English/Spanish with experience
in home-based services required. Experience with group facilitation and knowledge of
child abuse dynamics and domestic violence preferred. License-eligible individuals may
collect hours toward licensure requirements.

Program Coordinator – CSF-North Regional Coordinator
MSW or equivalent field and supervisory experience required.
Clinical, case management and home visiting experience a plus.
Requires the ability to be responsive to team members and build
team cohesion. Must possess a high level of customer service and effective
collaboration with Child Welfare staff.

Outreach Worker (Part time)– Healthcare Access Outreach
Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong administrative skills, computer literacy,
knowledge of community resources, public relations and
good communication skills required.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong public relations and communication skills to
schedule appointments for income tax preparation program.

Independent Contractor Positions
Child Supervision Specialist
Must have child development experience and be available one night per week for 3 hours. Provide supervision of children for parents attending 8-week parenting class in Southeast San Diego.
