Ms. Mustari has been an asset to the San Diego Non-Profit community for over 25 years. After earning a Masters Degree in Social Work at San Diego State University, she went on to earn a license as a clinical social worker. Her extensive experience includes clinical social work, management of child and youth development and transitional living programs for young persons, and executive leadership. She has been recognized on more than one occasion as one of the "Women Who Mean Business" in the San Diego Business Journal and is a 2004 LEAD San Diego Graduate. Since joining Home Start in May 2007, Ms. Mustari continues to be a passionate force to promote the mission and vision that every child in San Diego live in a safe and nurturing home. Through her efforts, Home Start has opened the doors to our Maternity Shelter Program providing targeted support to pregnant and parenting young women and their children facing homelessness.

Dr. Guerra is a licensed clinical psychologist who brings over
18 years of experience to Home Start. Her Doctorate in Clinical
Psychology has placed her in several management positions as
an expert in child abuse and family support services. She is
Home Start's representative and contractual liaison to County,
State and other agency-funded programs. She currently serves
as a representative to San Diego County's Commission on Children,
Youth and Families. She received her degree from the California
School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Guerra is also fluent
in Spanish and Portuguese.

Mr. Foeckler is a Certified Fund Raising Professional with over 25 years of non-profit and private sector management experience. He has been recognized by the State Assembly and Senate of California for his leadership achievements. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Association for Community Housing Solutions.
Glenda Maxwell, PHR, Director of Human Resources

Ms. Maxwell is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from San Diego State University and has over 20 years of professional experience in the field. She is a member of the National Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and also belongs to the San Diego Chapter of SHRM.
Bryce Guthrie, Director of Business & Finance

Mr. Guthrie has been serving San Diego County Non-Profits for over 9 years and is now the person entrusted to oversee and manage all aspects of the business affairs of Home Start (including budget and forecasting). Mr. Guthrie has two undergraduate degrees from New Mexico State University (Bachelor of Accountancy and a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Financial Management).
